Welcome to the first Commercial Services Investigations Bulletin providing you with some relevant information to help smooth out your vintage.
Our team will take a short break over the Christmas/New Year period to help us gear up for the busy vintage ahead. This means we will be closed from 12:00 midday on Friday, 24 December and will reopen on Tuesday, 4 January.
If you are sending samples to us near the holiday closure time, please keep transit times in mind to ensure that your samples will not be spoilt or lost over this period.
