Description

Over the last decade there have been a number of extreme heat events which have occurred at different times during the growing season, ranging from around flowering to just before and during harvest. This webinar will describe the cause of some past heatwaves and in a risk management framework guide participants through some of the management options such as irrigation strategies, minimising heat loading on fruit and others they may initiate to minimise the impacts.
