AWRI Extension Roadshows 2009-2010

The AWRI conducts Roadshow seminars and workshops and visits all Australian wine zones over a three-year period.

This schedule details the locations we will visit over the next three years. You can use this to find the venue closest to your winery. Specific dates, locations and venues are entered once confirmed by the respective association. You should receive notification of the events from your local association and from the AWRI.

These roadshows are a component of the AWRI’s seven year Research, Development and Extension stream entitled ‘Transfer of knowledge relating to winemaking’. This project aims to ensure that outcomes from current research and the provision of technical information is regularly available and delivered to Australian grape and wine producers. These roadshows have been developed with GWRDC funding and thus the AWRI provides its services free of charge.

Note that the local association may impose a small fee to cover venue and catering expenses and for this reason it is necessary that the associations require registration of attendance several weeks in advance.
