Winemaking begins

The Marananga and Greenock portions were crushed into open fermenters side by side on Friday 20 February. Thanks again to Filmer transport for the extra run to Adelaide to deliver both batches by late morning.

So we had two ferments in Potter fermenters with the Ebenezer and Lyndoch fruit in one, and the Kaesler and Krondorf fruit in then other; and the two open ferments from Marananga and Greenock.
