The AWRI is seeking to use a pasteuriser (preferably located in SA) for a one-day trial investigating a new method for removing heat unstable protein. The pasteuriser should be capable of heating batches of 1000L of clarified grape juice up to 75°C for one minute and then cooling them down again. It will be needed ideally in the next 2-3 weeks.
