Applications are invited for the position of Technical Officer within the AWRI’s Biosciences team. The position will focus on the provision of technical and scientific support for research projects on the microbiology, chemistry and sensory properties of grapes, juice and wine, with an emphasis on microbial ecology.
The ideal candidate will be technically proficient in a laboratory environment, an excellent communicator and team player, and have a high level of integrity and scientific curiosity. Experience in microbiology and molecular biology techniques is highly desirable.
