Commercial wine yeast strains available from the AWRI

The database contains details of the characteristics of the popular yeast strains available for winemaking from the AWRI’s culture collection. Some cultures can be obtained directly from the AWRI or where indicated, only through the nominated yeast supplier. Yeasts are supplied on terms and conditions specified by the AWRI as live cultures on agar slopes for a fee of $55 (inclusive of GST) per slope plus postage or courier cost.
