Contributors to the evolution of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia
The Australian grape and wine industry has a proud tradition of sustainable management of vineyards and wineries. While Sustainable Winegrowing Australia is a relatively young program (launched in July 2019), it draws on the strengths of its predecessor programs, including Entwine Australia and Sustainable Australia Winegrowing (SAW), and the contributions of many individuals and organisations dedicated to promoting and progressing the sustainable production of Australian grapes and wine. This page includes links to a timeline, a list of published references and a list of individual names to acknowledge as far as possible those who have contributed substantially to sustainability in the Australian grape and wine community.
