Smoke Taint Remediation Workshop Program
This workshop will focus on winemaking remediation trials conducted in-house by winemakers following the 2020 bushfires. The program includes a tasting twenty wines of various remediation techniques and a series of wines made using different harvest and winemaking techniques from the same grapes. This is an excellent opportunity to identify treatments and develop strategies which may assist winemakers dealing with smoke tainted grapes in the future.
Cost: $50.00 including GST (morning tea, lunch and coffee provided)
