HR Specialist
The Australian Wine Research Institute (AWRI) is the Australian grape and wine industry’s own research organisation. Established in 1955, the AWRI has delivered 70 years of innovation through world class research, practical solutions and knowledge transfer.
The Human Resources (HR) specialist is responsible for leading and managing all HR activities at the AWRI. This role provides both strategic and operational guidance across the organisation to support a high-performing, inclusive, and innovative workplace.
The HR Specialist partners with the AWRI leadership team and staff to ensure the effective recruitment, development, and wellbeing of employees, while maintaining compliance with employment legislation and institutional policies.
The AWRI is seeking applications from appropriately qualified individuals with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
This is an autonomous role that would suit an individual who is purpose driven and looking to make a contribution to shaping organisational culture.
