The AWRI is visiting Gippsland showcasing how current winemaking practices can influence final wine style. Fifteen different wines have been made from the same batch of Chardonnay grapes using a range of different harvest dates and winemaking techniques.
This is a great opportunity to explore and compare the stylistic and compositional differences achieved when one winemaking variable is changed at a time.
