Due to current circumstances related to the Australian bushfires, the AWRI Chardonnay winemaking trial tasting scheduled for the Mornington Peninsula has been postponed. This event will be rescheduled to a date later in the year, yet to be confirmed.
The AWRI is coming to the Mornington Peninsula with a workshop that showcases how current winemaking practices can influence final wine style. Fifteen different wines have been made from the same batch of Chardonnay grapes using a range of different harvest dates and winemaking techniques.
This is a great opportunity to explore and compare the stylistic and compositional differences achieved when one winemaking variable is changed at a time.
Booking is essential. Please note refunds will not be given within 48 hours prior to the event. If you can no longer attend this event, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
