The MWGGA, Wine and Vit technical subcommittee and AWRI invite you to attend a Brett Workshop

Peter Godden and Sam Connew from the Australian Wine Research Institute will be attending, and running through a series of presentations about Brettanomyces and other negative wine factors.

Peter and Sam will cover good winemaking practices, SO2 use, pH/TA, Molecular SO2, as well as treatment/options for Brett affected wines, barrel maintenance etc.

There will also be some real examples, as well as spiked wines for winemakers to understand their level of sensory threshold
