Both in Australia and internationally, there is a growing focus on sustainable grape and wine production. This is increasing interest in sustainability credentials for vineyards and wineries, as well as new production techniques.

This workshop will present a range of drivers for sustainable production and demonstrate the tools and resources available through Sustainable Winegrowing Australia to support the adoption of sustainable practices.

Case studies will show how Sustainable Winegrowing Australia members benchmark their efforts against other members.
