Evaluation of winemaking treatments in Australian Cabernet Sauvignon
This workshop showcases how current winemaking practices can influence final wine style. Seventeen different wines have been made from the same batch of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes using a range of different harvest dates and winemaking techniques.
This is a great opportunity to explore and compare the stylistic and compositional differences achieved when one winemaking variable is changed at a time.
At the conclusion of the tasting a presentation on “New technologies for dissolved gas management” will follow.
Cost: $50.00 including GST
