The AWRI will present a two-part workshop in Stanthorpe in April. The first session will explore winemaking techniques to enhance fruit characters and manage green characters, using selected Shiraz wines for tasting and including a group discussion of local wines. The second session will provide an overview of grapevine viruses and their impact on Australian viticulture, with a focus on the leaf-roll virus. The workshop will conclude with a vineyard demonstration offering practical insights into the topics covered.
