The purpose of these workshops is to establish regional smoke taint sensory assessment panels across regional Victoria that can reproducibly assess smoke characters in micro-ferments and finished wines following future smoke events.
This workshop is made possible by the Wine Victoria Bushfire Technical Response Program which aims to deliver a suite of technical support activities for Victorian grape and wine producers affected by bushfires.
